- At least once a week to allow updates to finish, but once every day or two is recommended.

- Turn off before weekend if not in use.
3. I cannot see my share drives after reboot, how can I get it back?
- If you had access before and share disappears try rebooting your computer. If not resolved contact IT support at auxsupport@usc.edu or give us a call at 213-821-1911.
4. I cannot print, what could be wrong?
- Most users will see multiple printers when printing; make sure you choose the correct named printer. If printer continues to not work, please contact IT support at auxsupport@usc.edu or give us a call at 213-821-1911.

5. I cannot clock in to KRONOS clock, what’s wrong?
- If you swipe your card and clock not accepting your punch, make sure you let your manager know and have issue report to HR at auxpayroll@usc.edu.
6. I forgot my Kronos password. How do I reset it?
- You must send an email request to auxpayroll@usc.edu for a kronos password reset. Be sure to provide your full name and your USC NetID number.

7. I changed my password, now I cannot log in. What’s wrong?
- The login ID and password to your computer is different from email password. Computer login and password is associated with auxiliaries\myid and email is myemail@usc.edu.
8. I cannot log into my computer, what’s wrong?
- You may be locked out, if you tried more than 3 times. Wait 30 minutes then try again if you know your password. Otherwise contact IT support at auxsupport@usc.edu or give us a call at 213-821-1911 to reset.
9. I forgot my password to log into my USC email. How do I reset it?
- ITS provides a self-service site for users to reset their passwords here.
