22Mile (Menu Boards) Troubleshooting Procedures:

For issues involving your Menu Boards, please take the following steps: 

OPERATIONS

  1. Turn the player off and then back on.
  2. Check the HDMI connection from the media player to the LCD.
  3. If that doesn't work, contact Hospitality Systems.

HOSPITALITY SYSTEMS

  1. Contact vendor support 22Miles.
  2. If 22miles can't remote in to the system, then contact Aux IT and we'll check the hardware and network connection.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

DO NOT CONTACT IT directly, contact the Systems Team, we will troubleshoot the issue and then contact IT if necessary. If it is after hours and an absolute emergency, then you may email AUX IT with the Systems Team cc’ed, but if at all possible, please hold off on emailing AUXIT directly so the Systems Team can investigate the issue.
