Overview
We are excited to announce that Auxiliary Services IT will be piloting a Zendesk chat support channel beginning July 1, 2020 and end July 31, 2020. The new feature will allow an additional option for you to communicate or open a ticket with IT.
The chat support pilot will be available to all Auxiliary Services IT support team and Auxiliary Services Systems team during regular business hours Monday through Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm. Chat support is limited to support agents’ availability.
Process
1. Go to the AS IT Zendesk homepage: https://uscauxiliary.zendesk.com/hc/en-us or any AS IT Zendesk website.

2. Click on the ‘support’ button on the bottom right side of the page.

3. Search our knowledge base for helpful resources, if you still need help click ‘live chat’
**The 'live chat' button will only be available if an AS IT support agent is available**

4. Fill in your ‘name’, ‘email address’, and a short description for your request then click ‘Start chat’
