USC Hospitality

USC Hospitality consists of over 40 retail and residential locations and 4 divisional operations: Retail Sales, Residential Dining, Restaurants and Special Events & Catering.

Retail Sales encompasses 3 large food courts, 7 specialty cafes, several convenience stores, an original pizza parlor and 5 signature restaurants. The food courts feature franchises with California Pizza Kitchen, Lemonade, Panda Express, The Habit, Starbucks, and Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. The food courts also house several popular self-created and self-operated eateries serving made-to-order Italian dishes and Mexican-style food. USC Hospitality’s restaurants are high-concept, full-service, fine dining experiences that are popular destinations for guests from all over Los Angeles.

Residential Dining supports approximately 4,400 students on meal plans. There are 3 primary residential dining venues on the main campus (IRC, EVK, Café 84), all of which are designed to create a rich and interactive residential living experience for USC students. Specialty meals, themed events nights, cooking demonstrations, and faculty talks are among the many events the Residential Dining team produces in their venues.

Special Events and Catering supports USC’s historic Town and Gown and the Ronald Tutor Campus Center. Town and Gown can accommodate 550 guests for formal sit-down dinners and 1,500 guests for receptions. The Tutor Center is geared towards executive conferences and leadership programs.
